· Operation & maintenance manual to be supplied“ 1 set hard copy with the equipment.

· Vendor to provide the learning resources“Pneumatics, electro pneumatics, programmable logic controllers.

Function The Modular Manufacturing System willcomprise of 4 different stations such as

1. Feeder

o Will feed the work pieces to Inspection station

2. Inspection

o Measures the height of the work piece and onlyapproved work pieces are to be further allowed to the buffer station. oRejected piece will be collected separately.

3. Buffer

o Maintain a buffer stock of up to 5 work pieces. oWill allow one by one to process station based on the demands arises from theprocess station.

4. Process

o Will perform drilling operation and furthertransfers the work pieces to Robotics Station

5. Robotics station

o Robot station with the combination of assemblystation will assemble the work piece with spring and digital sensor assembly.

6. Assembly station

o Assembly station will dispenses the digitalsensor and spring required for assembly.

7. Sorting

o Will segregate the work pieces based on thematerial type and colour and make them available for Logistics.
